This is a joint event organised by NERC and the EPSRC-funded Prob_AI Hub, to be held on the 21st – 22nd October and hosted in Cambridge by the Isaac Newton Institute.
The aim is to bring together relevant research communities, to build new connections and stimulate collaboration. The aspiration is this will lead to follow-up activity, including new projects. The target audience for the event includes: (i) academic researchers working in probabilistic AI; (ii) academic researchers working in NERC’s remit with an interest in this area; (iii) business and public sector partners with an interest in probabilistic AI in environmental science applications.
