The consultation on the Scottish Government’s draft Highly Protected Marine Area (HPMA) policy framework, site selection guidelines and supporting documents will close on 20 March. We’d encourage any stakeholder who wants to give their views on our proposed overall approach to designating and managing HPMAs to provide a consultation response through Citizen Space. After the consultation has closed we will analyse the results and, taking into account this feedback, update the documents before publishing final versions later this year.
