Masterclass series to support offshore renewable energy career development

The Masterclasses are expert-led, hosted by the Supergen ORE Hub partner institutions, and designed to support industry professionals and researchers to delve into the most critical issues within the rapidly growing offshore renewable energy sector.

Next Masterclass: Virtual Prototyping of Offshore Renewable Energy Technologies

Get hands-on experience with the 300-degree immersive Marine Simulator at the National Decommissioning Centre. This state-of-the-art facility offers practical, real-time simulations of offshore operations and technologies, allowing you to test and explore renewable energy systems in various environmental conditions—weather, waves, wind, currents, and tides.

  • Experience real-time offshore simulations
  • Test offshore renewable technologies under dynamic environmental factors
  • Work with industry-developed models in an immersive marine simulator
