Job Title: Communications Coordinator – Marine Energy
Working Hours: 30 hours/week – open to discussion
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 FTE pro rata
Location: Pier House, Pier Road, Pembroke Dock, SA72 6TR – Currently working hybrid
Work with: MEW Team, Managing Director

You will be working with the Marine Energy Wales team to implement the communications plan, ensuring communications are consistently delivered to our stakeholders and members ensuring effective communication on events, meetings, conferences, as well as strategic and member news and policy.
You will be responsible for delivering the marketing and communications strategy for our pre-consented Marine Energy Test Area (META) project ensuring effective delivery of messaging for target audiences.
This is a fast-paced, complex and diverse role, with a broad remit, including media, PR, events and marketing content and is key to the function of Marine Energy Wales. You will be central to all the activities, news, projects and plans and you will need to be self-managing your time to produce daily, weekly and monthly project deliverables.
We are looking for someone who is able to cope with multiple project demands and react quickly whilst keeping a handle on the bigger picture and helping us to achieve our objectives.
