Job Description
Purpose of post:
To develop and take forward SFF’s interests on relevant fisheries policy
issues, with lead responsibility for inshore fisheries and matters concerning non-quota
species. Reporting to the Senior Fisheries Policy and Science Manager, the post holder will
also work closely with other members of the policy team, the chief executive officer (CEO) and
the wider SFF membership to further the industry’s aims. The job will involve travel within
the UK and may also occasionally require travel overseas.

specific responsibility for inshore fisheries and non-quota species.
