You’ll be joining our acclaimed Biological Records Centre (BRC; part of the Biodiversity Monitoring and Analysis group in UKCEH). We’re looking for an ecologist who brings interdisciplinary skills to understand the interaction of people, nature and environmental data, especially through ‘citizen science’. You will bring skills to build our capacity in biodiversity monitoring, and public and stakeholder engagement within our research programmes.
You will join a research team that uses citizen science approaches and data to understand the impacts of environmental change on biodiversity, ecosystems and the services they provide. As one of our Research Associates, you’ll benefit from a structured 3-year training programme with 15% dedicated to your personal development and upskilling.
