The successful candidate is expected to teach and conduct research in field of the ecology of marine living resources.

Candidates are expected to have a strong track record in researching

  • the physiology and population dynamics of marine living resources (particularly in terms of exploited fish populations and their early life stages) with regard to the consequences of sea-based climate change
  • the consequences of exploitation and other anthropogenic influences (including eutrophication, plastic waste) on fish populations
