People and the Sea welcomes researchers at any stage of their career, particularly those studying local fisheries, coral reefs, seagrass, or community engagement. They have a dive team, a decade-long collaboration with local fishing communities, years of reef monitoring/fisheries data, and are always happy to discuss new research ideas and potential collaborations.
